Job Description

RMV Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Zeerust, North West. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi-department team while maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a remote, live-in setting.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and financial oversight, with a focus on service standards, safety compliance and continuous improvement in a Big Five game reserve environment.
