Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a luxury lodge kitchen in Limpopo. The role requires 3–5 years' experience in 4- or 5-star settings, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of HACCP, menu costing, and food safety.

You will manage stock, costs, mentor junior chefs, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests, with shifts including weekends and holidays and on-site accommodation if provided.
