Luxury Hotel/resort in Cairo, Egypt requires an Executive Chef to manage their Culinary OperationsEgypt is hot and business is booming!! Reporting to the General Manager of this luxury true 5 star hotel, the Executive Chef will ensure the seamless operations of the Food and Beverage and kitchen, including all duties associated with opening and development; labor, staffing, and training; daily operations, stewarding, culinary purchasing, and guest services; financial reporting and analysis; and management of operating supplies, equipment, and general kitchen venue operations. Hotel Opening and Middle East experience preferred, but not mandatory.
