- Operate and maintain La Marzocco espresso machine

- Extract perfect espresso shots with consistency

- Advanced latte art (rosetta, tulip, heart – clean execution mandatory)

- Curate a refined coffee menu (espresso, flat white, cappuccino, cortado)
