Location:  Makati Employment Type:  Full-time, On-site Role Overview WE are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented  Appraiser & Operations Coordinator  to support both front-line appraisal functions and overall business operations.

This role is critical in a small, hands-on organization and requires someone who can be trusted with  valuable assets, cash, sensitive information, and external coordination .

The position combines  collateral appraisal ,  operations support ,  cash and administrative management , and  coordination with service providers , working closely with management.
