The Lubrication Technician is responsible for performing daily maintenance routines for lubricating all facility equipment, ensuring that the correct oils and greases are applied to each piece of machinery. This role requires close attention to detail, monitoring for abnormalities such as noise, wear, vibration, and heat, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team for follow‑up. The position also involves oil and vibration analysis, record‑keeping, and effective communication to prevent equipment breakdowns and support overall operational efficiency.
