Our managers act as trusted automotive maintenance experts, customer service leaders and team developers, to ensure customers’ safety, satisfaction, and retention. • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing the service center, performing customer service and technician duties to serve guests and service their vehicles, manage cash and maintain store curb appeal.
