LTSA Support (85%)

  • Provide administrative and sales coordination support to the Service Department.
  • Plan and coordinate client visits, internal meetings, and schedules.
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and entry permits.
  • Coordinate local arrangements for technical advisors, including work pass applications, Jurong Island passes, accommodation, transportation, safety training, and site access permits.
  • Process and monitor MOM e-Notifications, work pass applications, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Track and follow up on action items, service trackers, and operational projects with internal teams and customers.
  • Support site administrative arrangements for outage teams, including transportation, meals, PPE, equipment, and related logistics.
  • Maintain accurate document control and records for customer, sales, and operational data to ensure compliance and accessibility.
