Job Description

Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Operations Representative to manage day-to-day shipment execution and serve as the frontline point of contact for brokerage customers in Colombia, Santander, Metropolitana.

You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve service issues and maintain accurate shipment records. A minimum of 6 months of experience in Logistics and a B2+ English level are required for this role, which demands on-site availability.
