Butter Freight is a tech-forward freight brokerage specializing in oversized residential deliveries. We're moving fast with marquee customers and we're looking for our next LTL Operations Coordinator to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, tracking, and closing out
- Communicate with carriers and customers to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle billing, documentation, and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with our Ops Manager and other LTL Coordinators
- Contribute to SOPs and help refine how Butter Freight runs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in LTL brokerage operations (Final Mile, FTL experience a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable — you don't wait to be told twice
