We're looking for an experienced LTL Customer Service Representative to support and manage LTL shipments across the United States and Canada , ensuring excellent service, accurate updates, and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • LTL Shipment Coordination: Monitor and manage LTL shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring complete shipment visibility and timely updates.
  • Carrier Communication: Maintain constant communication with carriers, terminals, drivers, customers, and internal teams to track shipment status and resolve service-related issues.
  • Exception Management: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, reconsignments, OS&D, accessorials, claims, and other LTL service exceptions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
