Insight Global is looking to hire 3 Superintendents in Childress that will manage all of the Scope/Schedule/Budget for the LSS or Security discipline in the field. This individual should have strong experience representing their work and knowledge within Lean Six Sigma or Security and have experience working in a construction environment. The ability to self-manage and lead a team is extremely important.
- Communication & Coordination w/ Area Sups (Work Sequence, Execution, Manpower)
- Subcontractor alignment & execution in the Field (know the schedule, work sequence and complete the work)
- Safety (PTP's, HRA's, Lift/pick plans, Equipment training, riggers/bellmen, Risk Assesment, Method Statement)
- Safety ( LOTO, Hot work permit, pre-dig permit, concrete/coring permit)
- Mandatory meetings (mass safety, toolbox talks, whiteboards, stretch & flex, super coordination meetings)
