Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant / teaching assistant to join a SEND school in Witham. 

A background in sports would be highly beneficial.

A desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have a variety of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD.

A friendly yet strong and resilient approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.
