Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join an Outstanding Special Needs school in Witham.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to students with special needs, including autism and SLD.
• Support non‑verbal students, ensuring strong communication and building rapport.
• Inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil, maintaining a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning.
• Work full‑time, 5 days a week, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
