We are looking for a passionate and experienced LSA Mentor to join our Support and Inclusion Service based at our Reading campus. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to take the next step by mentoring colleagues while continuing to make a direct impact on learners' lives.

A key part of this role involves supporting learners at our off-site Tier 1 provision which is for learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), where you will spend a proportion of your working week delivering specialist support alongside your mentoring responsibilities.
