Senior Technical Leader (PCLSA)

Role: Senior technical leader responsible for overall architecture, design decisions, and best practices across large-scale Pega applications.

Responsibilities:

Define and govern the application architecture Lead technical teams and mentor other developers Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and performance standards Participate in decision‑making around integrations, data, and system scalability

Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA)

Pega System Architect (PSA)

Role: Core application builder working on workflows, user interfaces, and business rules.
