Pay: $21.86 - $27.27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Rotating weekends required

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma required
  • Active LPN license in Kentucky or compact state required
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
