Nursing Care Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician instructions

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor and document residents' health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and charting

Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes

Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
