Job summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support the healthcare team, and ensure high-quality care for residents during the Day shift.
Job duties:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Monitor patient health, vital signs, and report changes to the RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Active LPN License required
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
