JOB SUMMARY
Solution Architecture is defined as the “Management of SPX Process and Automation Engineering Solutions at the Proposals stage”. The Solution Architect role is the Proposal equivalent to the Lead Engineer role during project execution.
The Solution Architect is responsible for delivery of the engineering PFD, Process and Mechanical design outputs for opportunities during bid proposals. He/she will be responsible for the technical scope of the proposal (or, in some cases, a sub-area of the scope). For the scope area for which they are responsible, the Solution Architect must:
