The Program Technical Officer will support the day-to-day operations of the Go Rewards loyalty program and will help onboard partners, monitor transactions and promotions, maintain accurate program data, and assist in resolving operational issues related to accruals, accounts, billing, and campaigns.
The role will work closely with the Program Manager and internal teams to make sure program activities are executed correctly, and issues are addressed promptly.
Responsibilities – How will you do this?
Partner & Campaign Support
- Assist in onboarding new partners by gathering requirements, validating documentation, and supporting system setup.
- Support the setup and monitoring of promotional campaigns to ensure points are awarded correctly.
- Maintain clear documentation of partner and campaign details.
