Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about growing guest loyalty by leading and improving the hotel’s rewards program. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancements to create great value for guests while boosting revenue and brand connection.


Key accountabilities

  • Design and roll out loyalty initiatives that reflect the hotel’s brand and enhance the guest experience.

  • Develop tiered rewards and exclusive perks to drive repeat bookings and brand loyalty.

  • Stay on top of competitor programs and industry trends to keep our offering competitive.

  • Oversee daily program operations from member sign-ups to points tracking and redemptions.

  • Work closely with Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth program integration.
