Loyalty Program

Loyalty Program & E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of the online business of KK Supermart by maintaining the online platform and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities: -

• To assist HOD in executing all E-Commerce daily operation.
• To support maintain product listing, update of pricing, propose promo mechanism for all online platforms such as Foodpanda, Shopee, websites and etc.
• Familiar with E-Commerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok)
• Manage daily loyalty operations including registration, rewards, and redemption.
• Plan and execute member campaigns (festive, promotions, Members' Day).
• Analyse member data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding of new products and outlets on e-commerce platforms.
