We are looking for an individual who is passionate about assisting with program execution, member communication, and basic reporting while working closely with multiple hotel departments..


Key accountabilities

  • Assist in the implementation of loyalty initiatives that enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat stays.

  • Support the management of member rewards, tiers, and exclusive benefits.

  • Help with daily loyalty program activities, including member sign-ups, points tracking, and redemptions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth program execution.

  • Support marketing campaigns that promote loyalty benefits and member engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
