Key accountabilities
Assist in the implementation of loyalty initiatives that enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat stays.Support the management of member rewards, tiers, and exclusive benefits.Help with daily loyalty program activities, including member sign-ups, points tracking, and redemptions.Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth program execution.Support marketing campaigns that promote loyalty benefits and member engagement.
