Experience & Qualification

  • 3–5 years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Martech, Product, or Integration roles
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer platforms preferred
  • Engineering, IT, or MBA background preferred


Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on techno-functional manager to support the technology, integrations, and product execution for our loyalty program.

This role will work closely with business, IT, analytics, and external vendors to implement and manage the loyalty points engine, handle integrations, prepare BRDs, and ensure smooth day-to-day program operations.

The ideal candidate is someone with 3–5 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, Martech, or product roles, who is comfortable working across both business and technology teams.
