Lounge Server

Overview

A Lounge Server’s primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional experiences for guests. You will be the enthusiastic and fun face of the lounge, interacting directly with customers to take orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. A friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. If so required assist in seating guests.
• Communicate any specials or promotions. It is vitally important during the guest’s visit; the lounge server is marketing and generates awareness of the brand and/or a location’s upcoming events or special offerings.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests. Ask about food allergies.
