• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. (Rest day is not fixed)

Job description:

• Process lottery ticket sales, validations, and payouts accurately.
• Assist customers with lotto game selections and promotions.
• Handle cash transactions and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Verify winning tickets and follow payout procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lotto counter.
• Follow company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Address customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
