Job Description

We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

Hours Of Work

• Tuesday 1:30pm - 8:00pm
• Wednesday 8:00am - 2:30pm
• Thursday to Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop‑floor
• Interact with customers and address their concerns
• Upload events onto our crime reporting platform.
• Expiry Checks throughout our grocery department
• All other duties requested of you

Qualifications

Experience in a customer‑facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Some previous security experience is a requirement of this role. Ideally, you will have good communication skills, computer skills and the abi...
