WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As Loss Prevention Analyst, you will oversee and manage loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses in Poland. You will support the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective company’s loss. Together with the Security team, you will ensure that the H&M is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

You will:

  • Analyze, investigate, identify, and follow up on deviating POS (Point of Sale) activity with focus on training needs, routines and frauds.
  • Constantly support stores on Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage through organization.
  • Prepare and analyze predefined store audit reports and support Store Auditors while conducting the store audit.
