Our Loss Prevention Agents actively contribute to the smooth operation of the stores. They act as resource personnes for all staff members. Our Agents hold a stimulating and active role that directly contributes to the company’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of people and premises.
• Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
• Detect shoplifting.
• Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
• Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.

• Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person.
• Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
