Key areas of responsibility

  • Managing repossessed loans
  • Repossession fee review and approvals
  • Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
  • Receiving inbound redemption calls
  • Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
  • Identifying accounts that require management review
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Reviewing accounts currently in repossession status to determine the best plan of action to redeem loans
  • Maintaining required standards set by the department
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Two years experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual english/spanish is a must
