Key areas of responsibility
- Managing repossessed loans
- Repossession fee review and approvals
- Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
- Receiving inbound redemption calls
- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
- Identifying accounts that require management review
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Reviewing accounts currently in repossession status to determine the best plan of action to redeem loans
- Maintaining required standards set by the department
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Two years experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual english/spanish is a must
