Dispatch Controller - Centurion Distribution Centre

A Day in the Life: You report to the Dispatch Manager as Dispatch Controller at L'Oréal's Centurion Distribution Centre, operating independently and collaborating daily with Customer Care, Distribution Centres teams, Picking/Wave Controllers and Transport Providers. Flexibility in hours is required to support early/late shifts, weekend work and occasional overtime.
Dispatch Operations: plan, coordinate and execute daily haulage and parcel schedules; book trucks; ensure shipments are staged, loaded, invoiced and closed on time.
Documentation & Compliance: prepare and validate transport, export and customs documentation; ensure cross border regulatory compliance.
