Are you a skilled operator looking to lock in a stable role with a global leader? Randstad is currently partnering with premier concrete suppliers across North Brisbane to find dependable Loader Drivers and Batchers.

With multiple sites ramping up production for 2026, we are offering Temp-to-Perm opportunities for those who take pride in their work and don't mind a 3:00 AM alarm clock in exchange for a finished work day while the sun is still high!

Locations & Remuneration

• Locations: Various sites across North Brisbane (including Brendale, North Lakes, and Caboolture areas).

• Pay Rate: $38.00 – $41.00 per hour + super (based on experience).

• Overtime: Generous OT available at penalty rates.

• Shift: Early morning starts; Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work).
