Position : Licensed Practical Nurse
Location : Hadley, MA 01035.
Shift : 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Contract : 7 weeks

Requirements:
• Must have State License/Compact License
• Must have BLS/CPR
• 1-2 year of LTC experience required.
• MDS Experience preferred.
• Must be COVID Vaccinated.
