Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in addressing employee grievances and promoting positive employee relations within the Shahada office. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, etc.), and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.Performance Management Support: Assist in the implementation of the performance management process, including tracking goals and facilitating feedback collection.Training and Development Support: Help coordinate training and development programs for employees in Shahada, including logistics and record-keeping.Compensation and Benefits Administration Support: Assist in the admin...
