Looking for a music education tutor for beginner to intermediate levels

I’m looking for a patient and engaging music tutor to help me develop practical skills on the piano and basic music theory. I’m a beginner who knows a few scales and enjoys pop and classical pieces. I’d like weekly 60-minute sessions focused on technique, reading simple sheet music, and building a regular practice routine. Preferences: lessons in the morning, a friendly teaching style, and clear at-home practice assignments.
