Job Description
We are looking for 2 arabic speakers (one for Morocco and another one for tunisia) to help us test our AI conversational agents.
How does it work?
After you accept the contract, I will give you access to our Slack channels and our platform, and I will set up a paid 30-minute onboarding session. After onboarding, you will begin testing the agent.
What does the test consist of?
You will need to launch at least 25 calls from our platform directly to your phone number. After each call, you will report any issues found in our Slack channels.
The issues can include grammar and fluency problems, agent behavior, or anything else that makes the agent sound unnatural. Your goal is to help us improve the agent so that it resembles a natural, human-like conversation.
