Long-Term manual data extraction

## Description
We are hiring two freelancers to manually extract ESG metrics from PDF reports into a Google Sheet.
This is simple but detail-oriented work, and the scope is fixed.
Each PDF pays $1 once the extracted data is correct and matches across both freelancers. We will have 80 PDFs in the initial batch
A ZIP file containing 5 sample PDFs will be provided so you can understand the structure and formatting of typical documents.
A read‑only sample Google Sheet is also be provided, showing the expected output for the first 3 PDFs:
## How Payment Works
- You will extract data from each assigned PDF into our provided Google Sheet.
- A second freelancer extracts the same PDF independently.
- If your values match, you both get paid $1 per PDF.
- If values differ, we will ask both to double-check.
- Once both sets match, both are paid.
Rate is fixed at $1 per correctly completed PDF. Non-negotiable. This is a long-term project.
