Long-term child care needed for 4-year-old in Dublin

I’m looking for a reliable, experienced babysitter for long-term care of my 4-year-old daughter. We’re based in Dublin and need someone who can supervise daytime activities, help with meals, light cleanup, and follow a simple routine. Ideally, you have prior experience with preschoolers, are comfortable with occasional bedtime routines, and can provide references. Flexibility for occasional weekend mornings would be a plus. We value safety, warmth, and clear communication with parents. Our home is child-friendly, and we’d prefer someone who speaks English well and can engage the child in educational play and outdoor activities when possible.
