Long Term Care Clinical Nurse Manager, RN

Accountability implies utilizing a resident-centered, outcome-oriented focus, which is in compliance with state/federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, the Resident Bill of Rights and the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act.

Further, the Clinical Manager works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to create/support/foster the resident-centered neighborhood through direct and indirect leadership.

Reports to the Director of Nursing.
