As a truck driver for ROUTE KING TRANSPORT, you will handle the transportation of goods while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role demands effective route planning and execution combined with knowledge of vehicle inspections and maintenance. Only Canadian citizens and valid temporary residents are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and drive articulated trucks safely
• Plan routes to meet optimal fuel use
• Oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Collaborate with a two-person team or convoy
• Maintain accurate records of cargo and service hours
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1/1F/A driver’s licence
• Minimum 7 months driving experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate
