Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open fully remote work and can hire anywhere in Philippines aligned to U.S. Eastern Time working hours.
About the opportunity
hands-on operations lead responsible for day-to-day execution of time clock hardware fulfillment and reverse logistics. This is a non-manager player-coach role that drives queue health, SLA performance, and operational quality while serving as the primary escalation point for complex orders, shipping issues, and RMAs/returns.
What you'll get to do
Lead daily fulfillment operations: prioritize work, manage backlog/aging, and coordinate handoffs to meet SLAs.
Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to Fulfillment Specialists (work assignment, QA checks, documentation standards).
Process and resolve complex fulfillment work: high-priority orders, shipment exceptions, replacements/reships, and escalations.
Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse partners and carriers (e.g., FedEx, ...
