Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of logistics personnel, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, oversee loading, and unloading activities, and ensure compliance with shipping protocols.
  • Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, implement efficiency measures, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure the quality of goods received, stored, and shipped, and implement quality control procedures where necessary.
  • Enforce safety protocols, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse/logistics facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organize workplace as per 5S model.
