- Manage all service-related operational activities within the branch.
- Oversee vehicle, fleet and asset management.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures and dress code standards.
- Coordinate branch logistics, routing and scheduling of service activities.
- Monitor service documentation and contract-related service records.
- Manage driver licence compliance and fuel usage reporting.
- Supervise loading, receiving and movement of stock.
- Take ownership of stock take processes and inventory control.
- Manage mobile handheld service devices and related reporting.
- Plan and coordinate installations and withdrawals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and manage staff performance.
