Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all service-related operational activities within the branch.
  • Oversee vehicle, fleet and asset management.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures and dress code standards.
  • Coordinate branch logistics, routing and scheduling of service activities.
  • Monitor service documentation and contract-related service records.
  • Manage driver licence compliance and fuel usage reporting.
  • Supervise loading, receiving and movement of stock.
  • Take ownership of stock take processes and inventory control.
  • Manage mobile handheld service devices and related reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate installations and withdrawals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and manage staff performance.
  • Ensure effective people, equipment and operational resource management.
