Job Scope
  • Coordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements
  • Generate Job order for Drivers
  • Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift
  • Handle schedule routing through in-house system
  • Updating of customer service and sales teams on order delivery status
  • Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers
  • Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records
  • Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers
  • Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders
