The Logistics Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of outbound transportation activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role serves as a key liaison between carriers, warehouse operations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments in accordance with customer requirements and production timelines
  • Plan and allocate outbound loads to carriers based on availability, capacity, and delivery priorities
  • Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and execution of shipments to meet agreed delivery deadlines
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays, disruptions, or operational issues
