- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, safety, and operational excellence.
- Allocate manpower and assign tasks to maximise workflow efficiency and meet operational targets.
- Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through timely WMS transactions, cycle counts, and stock takes.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues while serving as the first point of escalation.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse team members on operational procedures, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, enhancing workflows, and supporting warehouse optimisation initiatives.
