Logistics & System Coordinator | WFH

This is a remote position.

We're seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage inventory accuracy, logistics administration, and system coordination. In this role, you'll oversee goods receipting, daily stock checks, reconciliations, 3PL clean‑ups, and KPI reporting. You'll also support product setup in our systems and ensure smooth communication with the operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

�       Goods receipting (review invoice for price and qty, receipt into Inventory management system, create assembly, remove qty from master orders workbook, update PO tracker Notify/report findings to Ops Team)

�       Daily SOH check (check SOH sorting smallest to largest to identify any out-of-stock risk and add to asana board)
