Logistics & Import/Export
Manage import/export operations including shipments, customs clearance, and transportation. Ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, EPE regulations, and international trade requirements. Oversee export documentation (C/O, CI/PL, Phyto, Customs Declaration, FSC, EPE settlement reports). Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations. Monitor shipping schedules, logistics costs, and resolve shipment or customs issues. Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management. Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, including OEM partners. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material supply and payment processing. Material Planning & Reporting
