Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including dispatch, delivery, and return processes.
• Lead, assign, and monitor service staff such as drivers, helpers, and delivery personnel.
• Plan, optimize, and adjust delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
• Monitor truck movement, location, and delivery status using GPS, call-ins, or tracking systems.
• Ensure proper vehicle utilization, loading procedures, and delivery documentation.
• Conduct daily checks on truck condition, fuel usage, and driver compliance.
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, damages, accidents, or route deviations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and admin teams for delivery priorities and schedules.
